Okay, I’m going to start closely watching and greatly reducing my carbs . . . again . . . but this time I’m serious. And that’s it, simply said . . . no guidelines, no personal rules, no lists, no tracking, nothing to cause more clutter than clarity . . . I’m just going to watch my carbs and take better care of this body that really doesn’t even belong to me.
