‘Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.’ Matthew 6:34 . . . Not the most optimistic verse but honestly true. I distinctly remember a point Craig made in a message – ‘Delayed obedience is disobedience.’ And at the same time, we are told to embrace the season God has you in right now instead of focusing on what is to come.  Over the years, I have developed a personal standard of perfection that I somehow cannot live up to – surprise, surprise. J  I am totally aware this is unrealistic and not what God desires. But becoming more of who He intends for me to be is a valuable goal.  But I can only do this one day at a time.
